RURAL, COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL VALUATIONS
Estimate of between $1,250 - $6,000 + GST. Fee is dependent on size, number of tenants and property type. Please contact our office with your property details for a more accurate estimate of costs.
FEES AND PROGRAM
We will send you an invoice after we inspect your property. You can pay for your valuation using a credit card (credit card surcharges apply). Once payment is received we will email a PDF copy to you and/or your lender on your instruction. In the event that unforeseen complications arise, necessitating our additional time and resources to complete the service we will immediately contact you to discuss the additional charges and to obtain your further authorization.
The Client shall pay the invoiced amounts in full not later than seven days of receiving a tax invoice. If any payment is not made as provided above, amounts unpaid shall be liable to carry late payment fee from the original due date to the date of payment, at a rate 13.95%.
Please note reports are not released until payment has been received unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made direct to our bank account. Please include the invoice number or your name with payments.
We do offer credit card payments online however this incurs a transcation fee please include $25 for credit card, mastercard and paypal payments made through our website www.wanganuivaluer.co.nz
