Hello, I’m Diana Signal,

I am a Registered Valuer, an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV), and founding Director of Wanganui Valuers Limited. Since 2013, I have built an independent valuation practice proudly serving the Whanganui, Rangitīkei, Ruapehu, South Taranaki, and wider Manawatū-Whanganui regions.

Professionally recognised and long trading under the names Wanganui Valuers, Wanganui Property Valuer, and Wanganui Property Valuations, my practice is known for providing reliable, clearly reasoned valuation reports across a wide range of property types.

My services include Residential, Lifestyle, Vacant Land, and selected Commercial valuations, along with Insurance Certificates, Market Value assessments, and Commercial Rent Reviews. All reports are prepared with clarity, care, and a focus on giving clients confidence in their property decisions.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation and Property Management and have served as Chair of the Whanganui Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) for six years. I remain actively engaged in promoting professional standards across the sector.

Outside of valuation work, I support education and community initiatives, including a personal scholarship programme for women and sponsorship of Tear Fund NZ. I also enjoy open water swimming, weight training, paddleboarding, home projects, and spending time with my family and many pets.
